5:30 pm-6:30 pm- Cocktail Hour

Shuttle Information

Wedding Arrival:

Shuttle #1 will be picking guests up from the DoubleTree Hotel at 4:00pm with a 4:15pm departure and 4:35pm arrival to the venue.

Shuttle #2 & 3 will be picking guests up from outside the Park Place Garage in Downtown Missoula (201 E Front St, Missoula, MT 59802) at 4:00pm with a 4:15pm departure and 4:35pm arrival to the venue.

Wedding Departure:

Shuttle #1 will be picking guests up from the Fair Grounds Commercial Building at 9:30pm and dropping off at DoubleTree Hotel and Park Place Garage in Down Town Missoula.

Shuttle #2 will be picking guests up from the Fair Grounds Commercial Building at 10:30pm and dropping off at DoubleTree Hotel and Park Place Garage in Down Town Missoula.

Shuttle #3 will be picking guests up from the Fair Grounds Commercial Building at 11:30 pm and dropping off at DoubleTree Hotel and Park Place Garage in Down Town Missoula.

Shuttle #4 (final shuttle) will be picking guests up from the Fair Grounds Commercial Building at 12:15pm and dropping off at DoubleTree Hotel and Park Place Garage in Down Town Missoula.
